Chef Lee will provide two two vegetable dishes with additional demonstration for you to introduce into your meals.

Learn the basic principles of fish cooking techniques such as pan-frying, poaching and steaming. You will get to cook three different types of fish using three different techniques. Chef Lee will teach you how to use different cooking techniques with different sauces so you no longer have to eat dry fish!
