Junior Chef Workshop – Handmade Pasta

March Break Series | Ages 6 – 12
Starting with a tutorial lead by a professional chef, all participants will learn how to make scratch pasta with alfredo sauce. All Junior Chefs will have a hands-on guided lesson in egg dough, creating the classic tagliatelle pasta shape.
Participants are welcome to stay and enjoy their creation, after their session at The Armoury, or can take it home for your household to enjoy!
Parents are welcome to observe and assist in guiding any Junior Chef throughout the workshop. Complimentary refreshments available.
