Join us for an interactive tasting and culinary experience! Lindsay Groves of Sylvestre Wines & Spirits will guide you through the wonderful world of Port wine while Chef Lee leads you through a couple recipes.
Featuring paired courses of:
Charcuterie and cheese with house-made pickles
Smoked goat cheese, port poached pear, arugula and herbs, maple vinaigrette*
Seared king cole duck breast, parsnip mash, turnip with port apple sauce*
Raspberry, chocolate cake, toasted almonds, whipped cream
*Interactive Demo with Chef Lee, course prepared by you
