Introduction to Fish Cookery| Approx. 1.5 hour Workshop followed by Q&A
Learn the basic principles of fish cooking techniques such as pan-frying, poaching and steaming. You will get to cook three different types of fish using three different techniques. Chef Lee will teach you how to use different cooking techniques with different sauces so you no longer have to eat dry fish!
All ingredients are included, all you have to do is pick them up at The Armoury on Saturday May 22nd from 9am-1pm.
